I can help with illustration, graphic design, and more! I specialize in drawing fun, inclusive characters that will help elevate your project, book, or educational material. Book covers, character art, posters, comics, interior book illustrations, booklets, worksheets, etc.

What are your rates for a typical project?
I charge a flat project fee that varies depending on the project’s scope. Once we’ve discussed your project idea further, I’ll provide a quote for you complete with a breakdown of charges and an estimated timeline.

When will my order ship/arrive?
When I receive an order I hope to have it shipped out within the week. I will send you an email with the tracking info once it is shipped.
Domestic orders take about 3-7 days to arrive after shipping. Please contact me with your name and order number if you haven't received your order for more than 30 days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time, sorry!! I’m new to this and have no idea how all that works. Hopefully, I will be able to offer shipping to other countries soon!
What if something is wrong with my order/it goes missing?
I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal system. However, please shoot me an email if you have any issues with your order when it arrives. I will happily work to resolve it or fix any mistakes I may have made! Generally, I don't accept returns/exchanges.
I put the wrong shipping address, help!
Don't worry! Please email me at rachelehendel@gmail.com as soon as you realize. If it has already been sent and gets returned to me, I will have to ask you to repay the shipping cost to resend it.
